Grace Eltringham

Grace, originally from South Korea, relocated to West Virginia to pursue her nursing education at Fairmont State University. She holds both associate and bachelor's degrees in nursing and has gained diverse experience in several healthcare settings.

Her background includes roles in the Neuro Step-Down Unit and Operating Room at WVU Medicine, as well as the Geriatric Psychiatric Unit at Sharpe Hospital.

In 2023, Grace graduated with distinction from a Master of Science in Nursing - Family Nurse Practitioner program. She currently practices as a Family Nurse Practitioner at WVU Medicine Weirton Medical Center, specializing in primary care, internal medicine, and skilled nursing facilities.

Lee Eltringham

Lee, a native of Colliers, West Virginia, graduated from West Virginia University with dual bachelor's degrees in Aerospace and Mechanical Engineering. With over a decade of management experience, he brings strong engineering knowledge and practical leadership skills to Woodland Hills.

He currently holds a position at a Fortune 500 company, focusing on power generation automation. Throughout his career, Lee has taken on roles of increasing responsibility in several industries, including oil and gas.

Lee's professional achievements include:

  • Overseeing staff and equipment on multiple mobile power generation sites
  • Growing and managing teams from a few employees to more than 100, while establishing multiple levels of management
  • Successfully managing high-value projects in the energy industry, some exceeding $100 million in total valuation
  • Utilizing enterprise resource planning and project management software to effectively oversee projects
